As the Director FP&A Roundel, you will:

Lead the Roundel FP&A team across a variety of paygrades, including directing and prioritizing work, providing growth opportunities, and coaching and developing in-role and for broader career goals, while providing real-time, actionable feedback
Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain talent to bolster the Roundel FP&A team, including balancing the need for industry expertise and elevating strategic insights of the business

About you:

Four-year degree (Finance or Accounting preferred), or equivalent experience
10+ years of Finance experience, FP&A preferred
Retail media, ad tech, digital ad sales, or media industry experience required
5+ years of experience hiring, leading, and developing teams including a demonstrated ability to set and execute a clear direction for your team
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to influence others
Ability to work independently with a high level of initiative and self-motivation
Strong analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work with and influence all levels of management
MBA/CPA/MA preferred

This position may be considered for a Remote or Hybrid (known internally at Target as Flex for Your Day) work arrangement based on Targets needs.  A Remote work arrangement means the team member works full-time from home or an alternate location thats not a Target location, does not have a desk at a Target location and may travel to HQ up to 4 times a year.  A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team members core role may be performed either remote or onsite at a Target location depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day. Work duties cannot be performed outside of the country of the primary work location, unless otherwise prescribed by Target.
