Key Responsibilities

Identify and attract qualified candidates for diverse roles across consumer services.
Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
Build and maintain relationships with both candidates and clients to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
Collaborate with client hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and job specifications.
Leverage job boards and social media for effective candidate sourcing and outreach.
Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, showcasing their strengths and experiences.
Support candidates through the recruitment journey, providing guidance and insights.

Requirements

Fluency in German and a strong command of English; additional languages are advantageous.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work independently and manage recruitment processes remotely.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience in recruitment or a related field is preferred but not essential.
