Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners and stakeholders.
Analyze industry trends and develop strategies to capitalize on market opportunities.
Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all applicable aviation regulations.
Create policies and procedures to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the company’s aviation operations.
Lead, motivate, and develop team members to meet company goals.
Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Develop and implement strategies to increase the company’s market share.
