- Minimum age of 18
- Right to work in the United States without restrictions
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficient computer skills
- Availability to work varying shifts within operating hours
- Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required
- Support a full-time working schedule of 40-60 hours based on business needs
- Quiet and distraction-free workspace with a desk and chair
- Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week
- 3+ months of customer service experience
- 3+ months of computer-based work experience
- Technical requirements: minimum internet speed, direct connection to router/modem, Amazon-provided equipment
