Full-time Fraud and Chargeback Analyst Job ID- 292

Description

• Identify and mitigate fraudulent activities through analysis and prevention measures.
• Optimize chargeback processes for accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit responses to chargeback cases with supporting evidence.
• Conduct investigations into suspected fraudulent transactions.
• Update training protocols and suggest enhancements for fraud procedures.
• Collaborate with internal departments for chargeback dispute analysis.

Requirements

• Proven experience in chargebacks and fraud prevention.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel).
• Availability to work from 9 AM to 6 PM CEST.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency.
• Self-driven, constant learner, motivated to excel.
• Excellent communication skills in written and verbal forms.
• Advanced English and Excel level.
