We are seeking a proactive candidate with hands-on experience in Walmart’s Retail Link platform, ideally someone who has completed training for the Bamboo Rose and QMS, to collaborate closely on Wk36 quotes. Strong expertise in these areas is essential for executing critical tasks and ensuring seamless operations with our supplier, Walmart.

Skilled in Supplier Collaboration: Collaboration with the suppliers and DI item creation, ensuring alignment with Walmart’s standards.
Creatively Contribute to Solutions: Creative problem solver and analytical thinker with a focus on work being thorough and accurate.
Accountability: Maintain a strong sense of responsibility for the integrity of data and processes.

Minimum requirements:

Communication Skills: Fluency in English is required for this position
NOVA: Expertise in PO maintenance.
Item360: Proficient in item setup and maintenance.
Decision Support & Luminate: Skilled in data analysis and reporting.
Quote Management System (QMS): Ability to manage quote submissions through Walmart’s portal.
Supplier Quote (Global Specification Supplier Quote): Experience with DI item creation and supplier quotes.
Ability to Develop and Maintain Supplier Relationships: These skills will be helpful in streamlining operations.
Eastern or Central Time Zones: These hours are required for the position.

Nice to haves:
