What you’ll do… Manage a high volume of member reimbursement cases while meeting expected SLAs. Manage a high volume of financial assistance program cases while meeting expected SLAs. Communicate with members via email and provide updates when cases are finalized. Review bi-weekly ASRM eligibility reports for processing. Update member’s health plans. Assist finance with weekly check runs. About you… Prior experience required in a health care environment—knowledge of the fertility industry is a plus Strong attention to detail is must Prior carrier billing experience Prior experience using Microsoft excel and outlook, and Salesforce knowledge preferred Ability to manage multiple priorities including understanding various insurance products and levels of benefit within each product.
