At Berry, we are currently seeking a Inside Sales Representative for our Hygiene segment, based at our Barcelona HQ – which is right in the heart of the city!
The Inside Sales Representative – Hygiene contributes to revenue, profitability and growth for strategic customers and projects within the EMEIA region by:
- Managing volume, revenue and profitability analysis for customers and strategic commercial projects. Inside Sales – Hygiene
- Providing direct support to the Hygiene team in the development of existing and prospective opportunities for strategic customers and commercial projects to help the team meet growth targets.
- Managing a portfolio of ‘spot’ customers to support plants in filling lines. Inside Sales – Hygiene
- Delivering unsurpassed service for customer gaining & retention strategy (speedy answers, proactivity, responsiveness, problem solving and assertiveness). Inside Sales – Hygiene
Qualifications
- University Degree (studying or completed)
- Experience in a sales team preferred
- Fit to travel on an in-frequent basis to customer and internal meetings
- English (both verbal and written)
- Other languages valued
- Able to work in the EU

Responsibilities
- Pro-active support management of strategic accounts and commercial projects. Inside Sales – Hygiene
- Pro-active support for achieving commercial sales targets.
- Contributes in handling leads for strategic accounts and customers linked to strategic commercial projects. Ensures a proper follow-up to maximize success ratio. Inside Sales – Hygiene
- Supports the Hygiene team on Price Council preparation, Salesforce maintenance, internal and external customer reports and strategic project management.
- Co-ordination of cross-functional activities with other functions (MKT, PD, Finance, Ops).
- Provides general support to customers and the Hygiene sales division; maintains quotation overview, generates information (price, product information etc.), takes care of general communication (e.g. price modifications) towards customers, provides management information and generates sales reports. Ensures those records/documentation are maintained accurately and in accordance with company guidelines. Inside Sales – Hygiene
