What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create and execute an effective commercial plan with associated metrics
- Handle all aspects of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals
- Manage the sales funnel and ensure movement from prospect to deal close
- Collaborate with Regional Managers to identify customer red flags and potential pivot action
- Prepare for meetings and collaborate with team members to enhance success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering preferred
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the Oil and Gas industry
- Ability to travel 50-60% of the time and engage with customers in person
- Proven track record of success in sales
- Strong presentation, analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
