Job Description:
As the IT Due Diligence Consultant and Lead for our major Private Equity partner, you will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for managing IT due diligence projects, ensuring effective communication with C-suite executives and private equity stakeholders, and delivering comprehensive due diligence reports. Sr. IT Due Diligence Consultant (Remote / Part Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Due Diligence Leadership: Take a leadership role in conducting IT due diligence for investments, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives, serving as the primary point of contact for private equity partners. Sr. IT Due Diligence Consultant (Remote / Part Time)
- C-suite and PE Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-suite executives and private equity partners, effectively communicating technical insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Due Diligence Process Management: Manage the end-to-end due diligence process, including scoping, planning, data collection, analysis, and report generation. Sr. IT Due Diligence Consultant (Remote / Part Time)
- IT Evaluation: Assess the target company’s IT infrastructure, systems, applications, and cybersecurity, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and potential risks.
- Financial and Operational Analysis: Analyze the financial and operational implications of IT systems, identifying opportunities for optimization and cost savings.
- Due Diligence Reporting: Prepare comprehensive due diligence reports, summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations, and presenting them to private equity partners and C-suite executives. Sr. IT Due Diligence Consultant (Remote / Part Time)
