As a business analyst on our team, you will be supporting and ensuring the successful completion of analytical, building, testing, and deployment tasks of our software product’s features. In this role, you will be an integral team with outstanding communication, collaboration, and attention to detail. You will be counted on to write clear, concise, and comprehensive business requirements and operate as a vital link between the application development team and the business owners. Write clear, concise, and comprehensive business and reporting requirements using our current technology stack
Participate and contribute in design, requirements engineering, scrum execution, and technical discussions
Provide timely and meaningful feedback on requirements, specifications, technical design documents, and testing results

Preferred Knowledge
Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/Business/Related field or equivalent working experience.
4+ Years of proven experience as a business analyst

Preferred Qualifications:

Commercial Property and Casualty insurance experience
Experience with gathering and documenting thorough business requirements and user acceptance criteria
Strong knowledge of generating process documentation
Outstanding communication, collaboration capabilities, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Understanding of Agile methodologies
Expertise with SQL and other query languages
