You will define new tools based on customer needs and system requirements and develop comprehensive qualification plans to address design, risk, and performance.

Description
You will lead cross-functional teams to design and qualify diagnostic and repair solutions. Key responsibilities include: Engaging with customers to understand their diagnostics and repair needs and translating these into technical requirements. Collaborating with product development teams to establish design and testing parameters. Proposing and documenting designs for diagnostic and repair tools. Coordinating with cross-functional teams for design refinement, development, and implementation. Working with UX designers and Solutions Architects to ensure seamless system integrations and successful deployments. Ensuring quality by developing and approving comprehensive qualification plans.
Minimum Qualifications
- Expertise in translating customer needs and use cases into high-level designs.
- Proven ability to collaborate with experts and manage complex projects.
- Deep understanding of product development lifecycles and server-client design principles.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with large-scale systems design, hardware diagnostics, and performance tuning.
- Skilled in managing projects through ambiguity and engaging with product development teams.
- Adept at transitioning between strategic and detailed discussions, with a proven ability to balance simplicity and scalability.
- Attention to detail, critical thinking, and willingness to challenge ideas.
- MSCE/CS or equivalent relevant work experience required.
Pay & Benefits
- At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $175,800 and $312,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
