Job Description:

  • Responsible for performing migration to Microsoft 365 from other collaborative platforms. Microsoft 365

Role and Responsibilities

  • Perform migration from Google workplace to Microsoft 365 using SPMT and third party tools like Sharegate, Metalogix, BitTitan , AvePoint or any other tools.
  • Migrate content to Microsoft 365 workloads (Exchange, OneDrive SharePoint, etc.)
  • Implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and compliance of M365 environment. Microsoft 365
  • Perform premigration checks. Microsoft 365
  • Creation of Microsoft PowerShell and PnP scripts for both day-to-day activities and migration specific tasks.
  • Perform post migration checks.
  • Coordinate between stakeholders during the migration phases and help achieve project outcomes.
  • Evaluate and remediate issues in complex content migrations.
  • Work independently, should be able to handle the batch migration without any support.
  • Creation of console application which are required during migration.
  • Ability to offer solutions for migration projects schedules, including analyzing workload inventory, applications migration, comparing reports, metadata mapping and import, custom sites migration and further assist with configuration support in migration of Office 365 workloadPerform unit testing.   • Highly collaborative team player with few overlap hours with the US CST time-zone.
  • May require after-hours and weekend hours during active migrations. Microsoft 365
