Join our mission.n n Vector Solutions is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner who will be responsible for conducting full life-cycle recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidate offers for various levels of Sales, Customer Service and Corporate roles.n n n ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES n n Generate a pipeline of top talent by leveraging advanced recruiting tools and techniques, passive recruiting, attendance at career fairs, and other proven methods. n Provide hiring teams with expert guidance and consultation on recruitment process, policy, technology, industry trends and best practices. n Conduct initial phone screens with candidates to assess skills and cultural fit and skillfully present candidate match & value to hiring team. n Partner with HR and Compensation to offer competitive compensation packages and facilitate negotiation with candidates. n Articulate a compelling career opportunity based on the candidate’s motivation. n Partner with hiring managers to ensure outstanding candidate experience throughout entire recruitment lifecycle. n Determines and prepares new hire offers and extends offers to most qualified candidate(s). n Negotiate offer to successful acceptance. Communicates final status with all candidates. n Serve as subject matter expert through knowledge of market data and a strong understanding of Vector Solutions business. n Contribute to social media talent acquisition efforts and positively promote Vector Solutions brand. n Define and help execute the best candidate attraction strategies to achieve quality of hire, time to fill and diversity targets, and appropriately delegate work. n Advise hiring managers with insightful market data that shapes recruitment approach and decision making. n Communicate consistently and proactively with HR leadership to ensure alignment on all hiring related decisions. n Drive process improvement and the successful achievement of ongoing talent acquisition KPIs. n Manage candidate/requisition lifecycle in ATS and HRMS systems with highest accuracy and timeliness to ensure data integrity reporting. n Ensure adherence to compliant recruiting and hiring practices. n Provides subject matter expertise in managing staffing vendors. n n SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES n n This position does not have supervisory responsibilities. n Requirements: n n Proven work experience as a Sales, Customer Service and Corporate Recruiter with an extensive pipeline of local and national candidates n Hands-on experience with various interview formats n Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical engineering roles n Familiarity with querying resume databases, deep web searches and req reporting n Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and Boolean search) n Ability to use multiple recruitment tools/technologies n Demonstrated ability to interpret market trends and develop/adjust talent acquisition strategies as needed n Proven leadership skills and ability to influence others n Demonstrated ability to function as a collaborative team member of a full-service HR department in a rapid pace environment n Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and work in a dynamic setting n Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products n Outstanding organizational and time management skills n Outstanding verbal and written communication skills n n EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEn n n Required n n 4+ years sourcing and recruiting of sales and customer service professionals required n 4+ years closing candidates, explaining total compensation philosophy n 4+ years of professional-level full cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting n Background creating robust tracking and reporting of talent acquisition KPI’s n Experience using multiple recruitment tools/technologies n n Preferred n n Bachelor’s Degree n Experience recruiting in the software/SaaS industry n Experience working with remote teams. n n PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS n n Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. n May occasionally lift up to 15 pounds n Why you will love working at Vector Solutions: n n Friendly, open, and casual work environment (ditch the suit & tie) n Comprehensive, quality benefits package effective first of the month following your date of hire n Matching 401(k) retirement plan n Healthy work-life balance with flexible work arrangements and generous time off n Educational assistance available for all employees n Generous referral incentive program n Company social events n Philanthropic opportunities n Vector Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
