As a Sales Manager in our Local Outreach team, you will lead a team of inside sales representatives who offer Cry advertising solutions to small local businesses. In this role, you’ll coach, develop, and inspire your team in a high-energy and fast-paced cold calling sales environment. What you’ll do:

Give hands on instructing and criticism to a group of Record Leaders
Mentor, create, and inspire your group of reps to become top achievers and future pioneers.
