Responsibilities Position Summary

As a Flight Attendant, you will contribute to PSA Airlines’ business growth by helping ensure safe and efficient flight operations. By providing professional customer service in line with company standards, you will enhance customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities

Assisting the Captain with safe and efficient flight planning and execution.
Adhering to all applicable FARs, TSA, DOT regulations, and company policies.
Completing all assigned duties accurately and promptly, as directed by the company or Captain.
Conducting preflight inspections of all cabin emergency equipment as outlined in the Inflight Manual.
Reporting any mechanical issues to the Captain immediately.
Clearly communicating any safety concerns to the Captain.
Maintaining high crew coordination and professionalism.
Performing duties professionally, efficiently, and courteously at all times.
Completing records and reports as required.
Responsible for the Company’s Security and Safety Management System (SMS) and related Safety Risk Management and Safety Assurance outputs.
Performing other duties as assigned to support efficient department and company operations.

Position Specifics

Qualifications Required

High school diploma or equivalent
College education or two years of customer service experience
Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English
Minimum age of 20 years
Ability to relocate/commute to assigned domicile
Height between 5 ft. 2 in. and 6.0 ft. with shoes
Valid US or Foreign Passport with necessary VISAs
Proof of authorization to work in the US if hired

Additional Information

Delegation: In absence, responsibilities are delegated to the Manager of Inflight Operations.

Authorities: None

Supervisory Responsibility: This role is not a supervisory position.

Work Environment: This position operates in an aircraft. Occasionally uses standard office equipment like computers, phones, photocopiers, facsimile machines, and filing cabinets.

Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative and must be met by an employee to perform essential job functions successfully. While performing job duties, the employee regularly needs to talk or hear. This role is largely sedentary; however, the employee frequently needs to stand, walk, climb stairs, lift up to 25 lbs, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.

Security Clearance: All employees must pass a fingerprint-based criminal history records check (CHRC) per 49CFR1542.209 and a pre-employment drug screening.
