As a senior strategic consultant with automotive trade, business knowledge and experience, you will lead the digital trade and management team and adopt a data-driven approach to identify and drive best-in-class shopping experiences for customers. This role, leading a team of analysts, will create disruption and inspire the company to think differently and improve. You will be a key contributor to the company, leveraging your research and business expertise to evaluate numerous opportunities to define and drive GM’s future digital commerce strategy. Key Responsibilities:
Build, coach and develop an influential team and foster a customer-centric team culture.
Use your knowledge and experience to tell stories and provide critical advice. Clearly understand and articulate the underlying issues
Work with internal teams and external partners to distribute and cover new components, functional issues, customer experience, A/B testing, and the impact of product offerings on key performance goals and business outcomes.
Work with the brand marketing team to support and improve the go-to-market process for digital sales opportunities
Work with sales and B2B marketing to further improve customer acquisition
Work with the data science team to develop and maintain functional delivery data related to key revenue metrics
Lead the effort to identify the outreach team’s needs for tools, systems, and other capabilities, building a cross-functional partnership focused on:

Requirements:
8+ years of relevant experience in research and analysis, strategy and planning
4+ years of experience leading individuals and teams. Strong personal initiative skills with a proven track record in building and scaling teams
Solid academic background. Familiar with web analytics tools such as Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics and able to analyze, combine and interpret digital data. Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Viewpoint, Teams)
Ability to teach and guide professionals in common techniques of e-commerce industry analysis, including hard data and analytical skills
4-year college degree required, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of e-commerce analytics and retail concepts, including conversion, sales and demand tracking, website engagement and performance, customer feedback, reliability, and value streams
Ability to drive customer experience, growth, and engagement for digital products and subscription services
Use of label management and data analytics tools such as Power BI, Scene, and Google Data Studio
Experience in data science, data design, AI or artificial intelligence
Experience in customer service or office environment
