Compensation and Benefits

Skills

Ability to repeatedly lift up to 75 lbs. unassisted and maneuver products weighing 150+ lbs.
Experience operating Cherry Picker/Order Picker equipment (minimum 1 year)
Strong work ethic and comfort with scanning technology
Experience in Distribution or Logistics is a plus
Proficient in reading and comprehending English for safety purposes

Responsibilities

Unload and receive inbound furniture orders, manually moving large goods
Monitor order management systems for accurate order processing
Perform regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy
Pick deliveries from inventory and stage them for transport
Contribute to user tool input and recommend improvements
Collaborate effectively with peers and management
Execute additional responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Strong, consistent work ethic
Minimum of 1 year of experience operating warehouse machinery
Ability to work on the warehouse floor for 8 hours or more daily

High School Diploma or equivalent
