Responsibilities:
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role.
Exceptional communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating strong self-motivation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in relevant computer applications (e.g., CRM software, Microsoft Office).
Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices.
Desired Skills:
Familiarity with MS Office.
Multilingual proficiency (other than English) is a plus.
