Position: Non-Voice Support Executive (Tamil)
Location: Nagercoil
Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional non-voice support to Amazon customers in the Tamil language, ensuring their queries are addressed efficiently and effectively.
Utilize a range of communication channels, including email and chat, to assist customers with their inquiries, orders, and concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues promptly, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on product and service information to provide accurate and reliable assistance to customers.
Adhere to Amazon service level agreements and quality standards in customer interactions.
Required Skills:
Proficiency in Tamil and English, both written and verbal.
Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Previous experience in a non-voice customer support role is advantageous.
Ability to navigate through multiple systems and platforms to access and retrieve customer information.
Problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering efficient solutions.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
