Would you like to be the first Cast Member our guests meet when they arrive at Walt Disney World Resort?Dispatched Cast Members at Disney Bell Services are challenged with anticipating each guest’s arrival, helping them load and unload luggage, assigning tasks to bellmen, and storing and labeling luggage and food. The hourly rate for this position in Florida is $17.00.

We interact with our guests by recognizing and greeting them, meeting their needs, answering their questions, providing directions, and providing other information.
We
build relationships with our customers and employees across all business areas to provide excellent service.
We
advise and assign tasks to our employees via computers and handheld devices.
We
answer incoming calls and provide requested information, such as questions about baggage processing.
We
treat our guests confidentially.
We
operate vans, cars and pargos to transport guests and luggage around Walt Disney World Resort.

Provide luggage supplies and luggage space services.

Record, label and store luggage in storage and issue receipts to guests. This includes but is not limited to handling food and beverages (including alcohol) and third-party strollers/ECVs.

Assist
guests with transportation arrangements

Maintain traffic flow within the curbside and baggage areas

Basic Requirements:

Must have a valid Florida driver’s license

Must
have knowledge of routes and roads to theme parks, water parks, resorts and Disney Springs destinations

Clear and concise verbal and written communication that promotes mutual understanding with guests and other Cast Members

Knowledge of how to use a smartphone and wireless devices

Additional
personal protective equipment (e.g., face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizer) may be required, as well as handling cleaning chemicals and consumables.

Standing for extended periods during peak operating hours, including indoor and outdoor areas
Physical
activities involving lifting up to 50 pounds or more, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting and kneeling

Preferred Requirements:

1+ years of experience as a Disney Guest-Facing Associate or equivalent position
Bilingual
