What You’ll Do:
As a Customer Care Professional, you’ll be the face of American Express, crafting positive experiences for our Card Members by:
Providing exceptional support on high-volume inbound calls in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding and addressing Card Members’ needs with personalized solutions.
Enhancing customer relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
Adding value with unexpected offers and benefit enrollments.
Navigating multiple computer systems efficiently to manage sensitive information and resolve inquiries.
Meeting and exceeding performance goals, including sales rates, quality standards, and customer satisfaction metrics.
