As a Conference Services Manager you will have the opportunity to create memorable experiences for our guests at Kona Kai Resort and Spa. This role is responsible for banquet services, and is the key liaison between the client and the hotel to provide execution and supervision of meeting and event banquet functions. The Conference Services Manager provides detailed event orders, diagrams, and group resumes. This role will provide exceptional service for maximum re-booking achievement and upsell for profitability and unforgettable experiences. This is a highly visible role in which you directly impact the guests visit and have the ability to create memories that will last a lifetime!

Refined verbal and written communication skills
2+ years’ experience in Conference Services with social and corporate groups
Strong time management skills and proven demonstration of grace under pressure
Experience in taking care of guests in a fast paced environment
Flexible schedule availability to include early mornings, late nights, and weekends
Performs other duties, as assigned, to meet business needs
