This role will interface with the tour supervisor as a tour program point of contact for an evening shift starting from 11:00am-8:00pm EST (desk closes at eight:00pm EST). This function will directly help consumer key contacts and client management. Offer stop to stop aid for day-to-day tour application control requests, maintenance, and problem resolution.

Offer preferred assistance for month-to-month reporting applications and advert hoc information. Engage and aid purchaser with day-to-day requests which includes coverage exceptions, ad hoc tasks, and post trip reporting help.
