  • Willingness to work rotating shifts and overtime as required
  • Support a full-time working schedule of 40-60 hours based on business needs
  • Quiet and distraction-free workspace with a desk and chair
  • Ability to consistently work 40 hours per week
  • 3+ months of customer service experience
  • 3+ months of computer-based work experience
  • Technical requirements: minimum internet speed, direct connection to router/modem, Amazon-provided equipment
