RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support a group of Amazon managers across the client’s portfolio to ensure flawless product launch and promotional campaign execution via end-to-end project management of timelines, creative deliverables and advertising media. Includes cross functional partnerships with sales, product, finance and our ecommerce agency.
- For Search: product catalog management + SEO + score card management of share of voice & keyword competition. Amazon & Ecommerce Analyst
- For Advertising & Media: design, target and optimize AMS and DSP campaigns + manage budget allocation to achieve ROAS goals + measure conversion funnel metrics and profitability. Amazon & Ecommerce Analyst
- Ecomm Consultant across teams: ability to determine best digital investments across categories & accounts, advise GTM and other cross-functional teams on asset creation, interface with Lead to compare/contrast pages & analytics.
- Ability to ‘message up’ weekly campaign reports (status summary) + post campaign reporting, optimize performance & competitive assessment accordingly with the team. Channeling sales, traffic & industry data on spend optimization. Amazon & Ecommerce Analyst
- Manage the outputs of the team budget: making sure forecasting equals execution, also managing SOWs, POs, invoices, and flagging any budget risks. Amazon & Ecommerce Analyst
- Responsible for building and implementing project management infrastructure with the team and tools to complement the above. Amazon & Ecommerce Analyst
REQUIREMENTS
- BA/BS Degree – Marketing Field or Business Administration.
- 2-3 years of experience in digital or Ecommerce marketing, experience with Amazon is a must.
- Strong working knowledge of marketplace models: 1p vs 3p listings, buy box, etc.
- Content management experience on major e-tailer websites via Amazon Vendor Central.
- Experience with Amazon Brand Store and comparable tools with other e-tailers. Amazon & Ecommerce Analyst
- Balance of executing both tactical and strategic work, especially troubleshooting and resolving issues related to shared product listings, partner data feeds, vendor catalogs and self-service ticketing platforms. Amazon & Ecommerce Analyst
- Experience managing multiple accounts and initiatives/projects across multiple product lines simultaneously.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Excellent written and oral presentation skills.
- Be highly organized, an effective communicator, and a self-starter. Amazon & Ecommerce Analyst
- Demonstrated thought-leadership and relationship building / management with internal stakeholders and external partners. Amazon & Ecommerce Analyst
- Experience managing integrated communications and account/client relationship management.
- Proven ability to handle ambiguity, problem solve, time management, and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven, technical work environment. Amazon & Ecommerce Analyst
- Budget/billing reconciliation experience.
- Client-facing or account management experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without needing current or future employer sponsorship.
