JOB TITLE: Associate Director – Advanced Analytics
JOB LOCATION: 208 S. Akard Street, Dallas, TX 75202 [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home]
Associate Director – Advanced Analytics needed by AT&T Services, Inc. in Dallas, TX [and various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S.; may work from home] to design and build large and complex data sets from varied sources, with the aim of generating actionable insights. Utilize big data analysis to deliver churn analysis, in-depth subscriber profiling, customer behavior, and segmentation, sales analysis, product level analysis, and customer experience analysis. Define requirements for data integration and business intelligence applications. Create data models to be used in statistical analysis, development, reporting, and dash-boarding. Develop analytic dashboards and reports based on statistical analysis and modeling. Deliver automation and visualization of recurring analytics. Perform studies and discovery around new data sources or new uses for existing data sources. Design and build complex data sets from various sources using issues of scalability. Investigate and resolve data issues. Use platforms and applications, including discrepancies of definition format and function. Use ETL and data transformation of big data sets using best practiced methodologies in SQL, AWS, Python, and various Python packages including Numpy, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Plotly. Administer and manage cloud database and data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift , and data cubes likes Essbase, DeFacto. Work on advanced analytics, big data, relational database structures, machine learning, data science, research methods, sampling techniques, and system testing. Use statistical and big data-driven analyses including graph analysis, AI, machine learning, text analysis, and SQL analysis. Work with statistical modeling and simulation tools includes SAS, SPSS, R, and Python. Access structured and unstructured data on the cloud and on-prem includes Palantir, Vertica, AWS S3, Snowflake, Oracle, Mysql, Hadoop, Teradata, Hive, and Couchbase to create unified adhoc data sources. Work on solution architecture, data modeling, reporting, and data warehouse tools, concepts, data architecture, and ETL. Develop BI solutions including dashboards, reports, and visualization. Associate Director – Advanced Analytics Use common platforms tableau, microstrategy, and pentaho. Understand wireless, broadband, digital industry, and key wireless operating metrics data. Utilize visualization programs including Tableau, PowerBI, Spotfire, QlikView, Birst, and Pentaho. Work with big data analysis and platforms including Aster and Vertica.
