Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Consultant to join our Advice & Planning Center of Excellence. Advice and Planning helps customers navigate a broad spectrum of money decisions with a data-driven focus on needs. We’ve established a unified engagement framework that applies to everyone and will meet the needs of customers where they are today.In this role, you will:

  • Manage digital content initiatives for the Advice and Planning team. We are looking for a content creator to help shape and execute strategies for our Advice initiatives and all its digital media efforts including web, mobile and internal digital properties.   • The ideal candidate for this role will have web content management experience, strong writing skills, ability to comprehend digital analytics, and the ability to lead with a risk mindset by providing governance and oversight to our digital properties on a daily basis.   • Develop a web page optimization roadmap, execute on this roadmap, and track the performance of deliverables
  • Be an advocate for creating and optimizing web pages (on both desktop and mobile) to best meet customer needs
  • Work cross-functionally across our Center of Excellence Advice and Planning, Marketing, Digital, Product and Compliance to drive business outcomes
  • Analyze website and mobile app data to identify opportunities for improvement as well as working closely Compliance, Legal and Risk to ensure we’re adhering to policies and procedures
  • Create best practices, guidance and templates for building content pages, and collaborate with (or otherwise sharing knowledge with) other teams to build and optimize pages.
  • Collaborate with members of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team and Digital, to drive our overall website strategy, and identify new landing page opportunities. Business Execution Consultant Advice & Planning
  • Contribute to the strategy of the team – you will be expected to create strategy around new processes and ideas for A&P content
  • Work closely with leadership and subject matter experts to identify content gaps and opportunities
  • Ensure any internal and outsourced work is consistent, high quality, cost-effective, and reflects corporate branding specifications
  • Demonstrate creative and editorial strategic abilities

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Three to five years of related experience
  • Great writing skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Social media savvy, digital media strategy, web strategy and execution experience
  • Knowledge of compliance areas working in a regulated environment is a plus
  • Multi-channel content experience including web content

Pay Range

$73,100.00 – $155,900.00
