Position: Construction Manager/Heavy Machine Operator
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgetary constraints.
Operate heavy machinery efficiently and safely, including but not limited to excavators, bulldozers, and loaders.
Coordinate with project stakeholders, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues promptly to minimize project delays.
Collaborate with the engineering team to interpret blueprints and project specifications.
Maintain and enforce safety protocols on construction sites.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Construction Manager and Heavy Machine Operator in the construction industry.
Proficient operation of various heavy machinery and equipment.
Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
Commitment to safety protocols and regulations.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick decisions under pressure.
Familiarity with relevant software and tools used in construction management.
