As an Amazon Content Project Manager, you will be responsible for project management of various user experience projects for multiple clients while driving brand expansion, including strategizing, developing and implementing marketplace plans for various clients. You’ll work directly with Blue Wheel account managers and customers to fully understand the brand’s mission, goals, and vision to ensure project success. This is achieved through market research, customized strategies, and project management that sets realistic expectations.
Responsibilities:
Immerse yourself in BW culture, team, and products.
Build and maintain good relationships with key decision makers.
Dig deep into the business needs and goals of assigned customers.
Collaborate with other team leads and project managers on team boards in Asana to solve problems and manage projects. Create and post decks on Canva for potential audits, client onboarding, business reviews and strategic planning.
Develop and execute strategic plans while working closely with internal and client teams.
Define and execute brand growth strategies for assigned accounts.
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, managing and handling inquiries.
Manage large and managed client projects across the entire digital lifecycle including resource selection/allocation, monitoring project progress and ensuring all deadlines and deliverables are met. Review seller and supplier accounts and identify growth opportunities with an eye towards details and automation software.
Desired Skills and Experience
Experience with Amazon account management (Walmart and eBay preferred)
2+ years experience in Asana project management/digital project management
Amazon digital content experience (including SEO/copy, A+ content, Stores).
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partnerships (customers and peers)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), presentation and listening skills.
Project management skills.
Ability to collaborate and influence peers and management. Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Able to contribute at all levels of the organization, from high-level strategy to day-to-day execution.
Ability to motivate a team to achieve desired, tangible results within a tight timeframe.
