Key Responsibilities:
Data Entry: Input, update, and verify data in the company database.
Accuracy: Ensure precision and accuracy in data entry to maintain high-quality standards.
Documentation: Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.
Quality Checks: Perform regular quality checks on data input to identify and rectify errors.
Timeliness: Complete assigned tasks within established timeframes to meet deadlines.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Attention to Detail: Meticulous when entering and reviewing data to minimize errors.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Communication Skills: Clear communication of issues or discrepancies in the data.
Tech Proficiency: Basic knowledge of computer applications and data entry systems.
Team Player: Collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in data entry is a plus but not mandatory.
Proficient in basic computer applications.
