Join the Channel Strategy & Operations (CSO), Sales Products, Platforms, and AIML team, which oversees a comprehensive suite of systems and tools that facilitate world-class in-store demo experiences for Apple customers globally. On this team, you will work on the most critical barriers partners face in distributing and selling Apple products. Working across broad cross-functional teams to stitch together existing technologies and develop new technology to address requirements and problem statements.

Description

In this role you will drive, own, and deliver all aspects of large, multi-functional efforts and feature areas. Responsibilities include: Partner with engineering teams throughout feature development from architecture, design, implementation, and validation. Proactively identify, prioritize, and drive resolution to program issues. Drive prioritization and timelines to meet timelines. Help the team with ongoing improvements to the program management processes. Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Operations, Marketing teams, and Loss Prevention teams. Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate resolutions

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelors degree in computer science, engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 6 years of engineering project/program management experience
  • Experience driving requirements across multiple cross-functional programs
  • Sound technical foundation and a highly motivated self-starter
  • Demonstrated experience working with APIs
  • Ability to quickly establish trust, credibility, and influence across a variety of cross-functional and technical partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • An advanced degree in a related field
  • Background in loss prevention technologies
  • Background in operations/supply chain
  • Self-motivated and enthusiastic with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities
  • Exceptional decision-making abilities, organizational skills, and attention to detail

Pay & Benefits

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $248,700, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

    Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You’ll also receive benefits including: Comprehensive medical and dental coverage, retirement benefits, a range of discounted products and free services, and for formal education related to advancing your career at Apple, reimbursement for certain educational expenses — including tuition. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary bonuses or commission payments as well as relocation.
