Ideally, person will have 15+ years in BPO industry with background in Medicare, ACA and Medicaid segments. Person would have worked with global teams and should have demonstrated capability to collaborate with large teams to build successful partnership. The individual understands new emerging trends in BPO industry.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible as account executive for a large Healthcare Payer organization with relationship across Medicare and ACA relationship.
Person will be responsible for working across various client teams to help build relationship, ensure that delivery organization is focused on client success and any obstacles in the path of such success are discussed and solutions identified with delivery team and client.
Build relationships with client teams to build pipeline of new opportunities and work with account management team to help get growth in account.

Help delivery team understand client requirements and ensure, proper reporting is done to client teams.
Lead MBR, QBR and any such strategic meetings.
Person should be willing to travel to client and Wipro locations as required.
Experience /Competencies/Qualifications
15+ years of experience in BPO Services (i.e., trust and safety, eCommerce, and operations) and horizontal BPO offerings (F&A, supply chain, procurement, contact center and HR) with a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering against targets
· A solid professional network and a strong ability to build relationships with decision-makers
· Strong knowledge of outsourced solutions
· Confident in interacting with and influencing senior leaders; with an ability to analyze data, synthesize and present results to C-level executives
· Strong leadership skills and an ability to work with various teams and inspire them to deliver above and beyond
· Business foresight and the ability to strategize & demonstrate deep business insight that helps identify & develop strategic opportunities
