Job Summary: As a Remote Management/Customer Service Specialist for Enchanted Expeditions, you will be the central player in providing exceptional administrative support and customer service from a remote location. This dual role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.

Manage calendars, schedules, and appointments for team members and clients. Assist with organizing documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office suite.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently to maintain current records.
Collaborate with internal team to optimize administrative processes and workflows.
Customer Service:
Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and professional support via phone, email and chat.
Assist customers with travel arrangements, bookings, changes and cancellations. Addresses customer concerns, complaints and issues in a timely and sensitive manner, pursuing satisfactory resolutions.
Builds and maintains strong customer relationships by providing personalized service and anticipating customer needs.
Communications:
Manages inbound and outbound communications with customers and suppliers to ensure clear and effective interactions.
Communicates important information and updates to relevant parties within the organization.
Maintains accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and communications in the company database system. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to optimize processes and improve efficiency in administrative and customer service functions.
Propose innovative solutions and best practices to improve overall customer experience and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
High school graduation or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Experience in administrative support, customer service, or related field, preferably in the travel industry. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry, document management and communications.
Proficient in the use of computer software and database systems with advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite.
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in a professional manner.
