Position Summary
This position will collaborate closely with ERP Leadership to facilitate the seamless execution of the company’s ERP Transformation Project, a key initiative aligned with CPS Energy Vision 2027. Your primary objective is to ensure timely role openings, efficient tracking, and seamless onboarding processes, vital for meeting project deadlines. Along with the rest of the Resource Management Team, you’ll be the face of the ERP Transformation Program to every new resource who joins our team.

- Collaborate with ERP Leadership to ensure resource plans are aligned with program objectives and deliverables.
- Track key metrics related to resource utilization to identify opportunities for optimization and value creation.
- Contribute to project success by ensuring proper staffing and resource allocation, enabling the project to meet critical milestones.
- As needed, draft initial role descriptions for Hiring Manager Review.
- Guide new joiners during the onboarding process from start to finish to ensure they are completing their actions in a timely manner.
Business Operations
- Follow onboarding and offboarding process, ensuring compliance with project timelines and company policies.
- Provide inputs to team lead for any process improvement ideas.
- Participate in and assist in facilitating trainings and working sessions related to onboarding and enablement for the team.
Minimum Knowledge and Abilities
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in Excel and other resource tracking tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing resource management challenges.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
- Proven years of experience in resource management, project coordination, or related fields.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with project management concepts and tools.
- Experience in managing large-scale projects or ERP implementations.
- Knowledge of business process analysis and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience in large-scale organizations, demonstrating adaptability in complex environments.
