Develop and implement strategic initiatives to identify and engage prospective clients, leveraging your experience as a business broker and cultivating new relationships within the business community.
Utilize your comprehensive understanding of the deal process to provide valuable insights to clients.
Lead the end-to-end management of M&A transactions, drawing on your experience running deals from start to finish, including deal sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to develop compelling pitch materials, conduct thorough due diligence, and structure deals that align with clients’ objectives.

Requirements

Experience in business brokerage/investment banking with a proven track record of success in client acquisition and deal execution.
Experience as a business broker, with a strong understanding of the business sale process and proven ability to facilitate successful transactions.
Proficiency in evaluation methods and financial analysis techniques, with the ability to identify value drivers and potential risks.
Demonstrated experience in independently managing M&A transactions from inception to completion, including deal sourcing, negotiation, due diligence, and closing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with clients and stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; MBA or CFA designation preferred.
Real estate and/or insurance license preferred.
