Minimum requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT (or equivalent experience)
At least 3+ years of experience in web application development (rare exceptions for highly skilled developers)
Profound experience in developing software using high-level programming languages including JavaScript, Python, .NET, PHP, Java, etc.
Solid understanding of core programming principles, including design patterns
Sound knowledge of web applications and web services, including APIs, CSS, HTML, jQuery, security principles, REST, SOAP, and web UI design
Expertise in content management systems, including WordPress and Drupal
Prior working experience in Windows and Linux environments
Fluency in English language for effective communication
Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) with a 4 hour overlap with US time zones
Preferred skills
Proficiency with project tracking software, like Jira
Prior project management experience
Good debugging and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and leadership skills
