Responsibility:
Manage and monitor FLICA and similar crew application systems.
Process, generate, manage, close and submit monthly bids. Maintain strong working relationships with workforce planning, training planning, and designated union members to ensure all offerings meet CBA and business requirements.
Assist in preparing and compiling monthly FLICA request packages.
Receive, organize, and archive email requests received from all crew members, including basic transfer requests, recovery call requests, training, and leave requests.
Perform other duties related to crew resources as needed, such as answering emails and phone calls.
Organize and conduct crew briefings and special events. Keep up-to-date with the current list of airline pilot certifications.
Complete monthly employee transfers in a cost-effective and efficient manner
Accurate and timely processing of employee EARs –

Applicants with experience in fields related to aviation or crew resources will be given priority.
General knowledge of Saber, Saber Crew Trac and FLICA
In-depth knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
