Freelance Needed: A Phenomenal Writer w/ Extensive Multi-Family Real Estate Investment Experience

First off, thanks for taking the time out of your day to take a look at our posting!

We’re looking to hire a long-term content writer with extensive skill and experience in the following:

– Multi-Family Real Estate Investing (our client is a private equity group)
– Keyword Research
– Content Ideation
– Content creation

Essentially, what we’re looking for is someone to handle the content needs of our client. This includes coming up with topics, and writing the actual content while ensuring search traffic is captured.

You MUST have experience working in the commercial real estate industry. We are NOT looking for SEO fluff, but legitimately valuable content that represents our client’s brand, and legitimate value comes from experienced nuance.

This is a long-term position with an expected delivery of two articles per week. We’d like to get you up to speed on our client, their business model, and what kind of content we’re looking for before passing the steering wheel off to you.

Additionally, each article must relate any educational content back to our client in order to capture new potential investors.

Example topics include:

– How to Choose a Private Real Estate Equity Group
– Core vs. Value-Add vs. Opportunistic Private Equity Group Strategies
– What is a K-1 and How is it Used for Taxes in Private Real Estate?
– Understanding Private Real Estate Investment Fees
– Class “A” vs. Class “B” vs. Class “C” Properties
– Etc.

We do have some content already created, but the quality is poor, so we would also like you to fix what we have before we move forward to new topics.

Does this sound like you? Like something you’d like to be a part of, long-term?

We’re offering a stable position with high expectations, and bonuses delivered based on concrete results. There’s plenty of room for promotion and growth with our company, and if you think you’re the right fit, we’d love to have a conversation!
