Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Social Media Advisor for the Chat Process. This is a Full-Time, Junior position located in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role demands proficiency in customer service, chat support, and crafting social media communications.

Qualifications And Skills

Customer service (Mandatory skill) – Exceptional ability to handle customer queries and concerns effectively through chat.
Chat support (Mandatory skill) – Proven track record of managing chat support systems, offering timely and accurate responses.
Social Media Communications (Mandatory skill) – Expertise in fostering brand messages and engagement through social media platforms.
Social media management – Knowledgeable in managing various social media accounts to maintain brand consistency.
Problem-solving – Strong analytical skills to quickly resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
Communication skills – Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate responses clearly and persuasively.
Social Media Marketing – Experience in creating and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
Social Media Optimization (SMO) – Skilled in implementing strategies to improve the visibility and reach of social media content.
