Evaluate a variety of Kroger products, including groceries, household goods, and personal care products.
Provide detailed feedback on product quality, taste, packaging, and overall customer experience.
Objectively evaluate products according to specific guidelines and criteria. Work with the Product Development team to communicate results and suggest improvements.
Maintain accurate records of evaluations and submit reports in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough and unbiased reviews of Kroger products.
Achieve weekly/monthly review goals as determined by the company.
Communicate effectively with the Product Development team. Adhere to product review guidelines and standards.
Maintain confidentiality of unreleased products and confidential information.
Requirements:
Strong attention to detail and observational skills.
Excellent written communication skills.
Access to a computer and reliable internet connection. Ability to meet deadlines and work independently.
Genuine interest in consumer products and the Kroger brand.
Previous product review experience is a plus.
