Global Manager, Strategy & Portfolio

This role will have two key areas of ownership: 1) Manage the long term strategy and short term performance of Non Alcoholic beer (60%), and 2) support the global occasions and meals development strategies (40%). The role is two management levels away from the CMO, with frequent exposure to Global VPs, other Chiefs, and team members around the world. _Responsibilities for the role include: _

Designing and refreshing global long term strategy – 3 year plan – balancing quantitative and qualitative aspects

Keeping track and influence/collaborate on business units/zones’ performance and plans

Sharing knowledge and best practices across zones, develop pilots and learning plans for untapped territories and activation programs with GHQ and zones, codify/update playbooks and share in global forums

Requirements:

Balance of some practical experience within brands teams and with analysis/performance. Field experience desirable (ideally within the CPG space)

Strong executive presence, ability to facilitate senior level meetings, present in a clear and concise way

Ability to develop a storyline and slides for senior level/up to board level, presentations

Curiosity and ambition to play on a global stage

Proactive, self-starter, natural ability to challenge the status quo

Resilience to overcome obstacles and work through difficult challenges

Ability to operate in a matrix, strong relationship building skills, stakeholder management
