Position Summary

Renew Home is seeking a Director of Consumer Products to join the team and lead product development efforts to help transform the home energy experience for residential customers, helping them save money and make a difference.
The Product Owner will define, organize and lead the team to develop and implement our customer benefit plan. This position will report directly to the Senior Product Manager.

What do you do?

Identify the challenges and opportunities that arise as home energy management continues to accelerate, and find ways to provide consumers with the help and understanding they need to easily save energy and increase their interest.
Translate deep consumer insights into Renew Home’s vision for the consumer product experience of the future.
Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, product marketers, and business development and sales leaders to translate this vision into Renew Home’s product roadmap. Align resources across the organization to achieve the roadmap.
Launching and deploying customer features as part of America’s virtual power generation season will help manage energy.
Work closely with Renew Home’s growth team to identify critical opportunities to expand our VPP for customers and partners.

Wish

Over 7 years of product management experience.
Experience with B2C products and capabilities that simplify complex data and insights to help drive action in home energy, healthcare, finance, and similar areas. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in engineering, design, marketing, programming, etc.
The company has a proven track record of successful product launches and large scale deployment of software services, reaching millions of customers.
Experience managing the discovery, roadmap, and execution of B2C products.

Competitive salary based on experience. The base salary for this position is $200,000 to $235,000.
