We are seeking a Senior Project Manager who has strong business analysis skills and experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in a project management role leading Microsoft CRM/Dynamics 365 projects from inception to successful completion.

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project management for Dynamics 365 implementation projects, including planning & requirements analysis, estimating, execution, monitoring, and closure.
Collaborate with clients to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop project plans.
Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets throughout the project lifecycle.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and executive leadership.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and develop contingency plans as needed.
Monitor project progress and performance against key metrics, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in a project management role leading Dynamics 365 (CRM) projects from inception to completion.

Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously.
Strong business analysis skills and experience developing requirements for projects.
Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 (CRM) product.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients and cross-functional teams.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail. Experience working in agile or iterative project management methodologies.
Dynamics 365 certifications or the ability to earn certifications. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
