Full Job Description:-

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for month-end reporting and financial analysis for Business Units.
Lead monthly forecast and annual budget processes for Business Units, including measuring performance against the forecast and budget.
Help drive the organization to find ways to improve on targets. Use insight, analysis and critical thinking to evaluate options and make recommendations.
Support the business in developing and executing effective business strategies in preparation for the annual Strategic Reviews and throughout the year.
Perform routine and ad-hoc financial analysis utilizing financial modeling and business analysis techniques.
Drive continuous improvement within the Finance & Accounting function, including improving the quality and reliability of relevant reporting and analytics.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting
Knowledge of standard costing and accompanying P&L variances highly preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant financial analysis experience
Manufacturing industry experience
