Develop and maintain strong relationships with strategic accounts, serving as their primary technical point of contact.
Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and develop customized technical solutions to meet those needs.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of Broadcom’s products and services.
Provide technical support and guidance to strategic accounts throughout the sales process and post-sales implementation.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitive landscape to effectively position Broadcom’s products and services.
Identify potential technical issues and work with cross-functional teams to proactively address and resolve them.
Act as a subject matter expert on Broadcom’s products and services, providing training and knowledge sharing to internal teams and strategic accounts.
Analyze customer feedback and make recommendations for product improvements or enhancements.
Collaborate with product development teams to provide strategic account insights and feedback for future product development.
Serve as a brand ambassador for Broadcom, promoting our products and services to potential strategic accounts and at industry events.
