Part-Time Manager, Brand Social (Hulu)

Job Summary:

The Hulu Social Marketing team is looking for a Brand Community Manager to lead our growing Brand Community team. As a Community Manager, you will lead social activities for your vertical position and role at Hulu, working closely with the marketing, advertising, content and creative departments. This role requires someone with extensive social experience in drama, film and television projects. Additionally, achieve consistent results across major social media campaigns. The successful candidate is collaborative, creative and always willing to exceed expectations. Responsibility:

Key brand verticals, including branded and branded culture, live events, licensing, branding, affiliate marketing, etc.
Build
strong working relationships with studios, talent and affiliates.
Be
an inspiring partner and help develop unique, first-of-its-kind experiences, activations and content that drive social conversation and increase brand love.
Work
as a member of the cross-functional team to interact, listen and collaborate with internal teams on Hulu’s overall marketing strategy and help drive the social vision of the brand. Track trends and ways to promote Hulu culture across platforms.
Help
drive organic and paid social media content strategies to grow deeper content and media exposure.
Analyze
key performance indicators periodically and provide suggestions for necessary improvements.
Be
a great collaborator for a growing team, strengthening processes and operations, and increasing team effectiveness.
Use
audience insights to strategically build the community and build a following among the audience of the Hulu community. Work closely with external agencies and media partners to ensure Hulu delivers the best social media content.

The salary range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $90,500 to $124,400 per year. The actual salary offered will take into account internal equity and may vary based on factors such as the applicant’s geographic location, job-related knowledge, skills and experience. In addition to comprehensive health, financial and other benefits, bonuses and/or long-term incentives may also be offered as part of the salary package, depending on the level and position offered.
