In this impactful role, you will work closely with business, product, and technology delivery teams to plan and implement the program roadmap and vision.

Work with business, strategy, and product partners to develop a comprehensive program delivery plan from a technology perspective. Create timelines, stakeholder analysis, and communication plans to track progress across multiple workflows. Identify and track dependencies between programs. Prepare and track program budgets (actual and forecasted). Effectively identify and resolve potential risks and issues, preventing risks from materializing while providing transparency to appropriate stakeholders. Validate that programs are delivering the expected outcomes and supporting business objectives. Ensure that all program tasks are clearly understood, assigned, and tracked. Facilitate quarterly and annual planning cycles. Coach and mentor project managers to ensure project objectives are understood, documented, and measurable. Build relationships and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across all regions (NA, EMEA, APAC, China).
Qualifications: 8+ years in technology or related field with 5+ years of project/program management experience. Thorough understanding of agile delivery methodologies. Ability to work at a low level of ambiguity and leverage existing processes and tools. Experience budgeting and forecasting $1M+ in annual capital expenditures.
Passionate about solving problems and excel in ambiguous environments. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple programs and shifting priorities. Ability to anticipate potential issues and troubleshoot proactively. Strong leadership skills, including the ability to influence and build consensus even in the absence of direct authority. Proven results working collaboratively with global and remote teams in different time zones.

Compensation and Benefits Package lululemon compensation is based on a performance-based compensation philosophy that recognizes outstanding individual and team performance. The typical employment range for this position is $136,000 to $170,200 per year. Base salary offered varies by market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal capital. As part of Total Rewards, full-time employees in this position may be eligible for our competitive annual bonus program.
