Organize training sessions by managing schedules, sending out invites, and tracking attendance.

Validate candidate applications, confirm submitted transcripts, and review pre-screening responses.
Schedule second-round interviews and oversee the logistics for recruitment events.
Prepare management reports and craft engaging PowerPoint presentations for monthly meetings, highlighting milestones and celebrations.
Manage the recruitment team’s calendar and coordinate the necessary materials for recruitment activities.
Required Skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in human resources, talent acquisition, or a similar recruiting capacity.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is critical; experience with Eightfold is advantageous.
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
Strong skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving.
Proven capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and adapt to evolving priorities.
Attention to detail and outstanding organizational capabilities.
Previous experience in a junior or entry-level recruiting position is preferred, though not mandatory.
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
