As the Wellness Research Advocate at Wholosophy, your responsibilities will evolve in two key stages.

Stage 1: Personal Focus

Your initial priority will be to assist our founder with her wellness journey. This includes deep specific wellness research, curated personal wellness strategies, as well as identification of local resources to optimize her wellness, self-care, and work-life balance. Stage 2: Expanding to the Team and Business

Once the research and personal wellness strategies for our CEO are established, your focus will broaden to also support the wellness consciousness for the company and its growth. This may involve facilitating wellness activities for the entire team, such as meditation sessions and virtual wellness events, to enhance productivity and overall well-being. Identify local resources, practitioners, and wellness events to support the CEO’s vitality and work-life balance.

Work with the marketing, social media, and business development teams to ensure that wellness insights are integrated into the company’s external messaging and internal practices.
Support wellness initiatives and projects as directed by leadership.

Expected Qualifications and Personal Characteristics:

Deep understanding and unquenchable enthusiasm for mind-body-spirit wellness, coupled with a non-traditional approach and personal experience in holistic practices.
Proven ability to conduct research and present actionable wellness insights.
Proactive passion for staying up-to-date with cutting-edge alternative wellness, wellness trends, and holistic health optimization.
